In 2016 we noticed a need in the market for a high-quality, intimate venue where you could host smaller events. 

Sure, there were rental halls and empty rooms available, but none that delivered the same upscale ambience as a fine hotel or any that offered comprehensive planning, design, and decor services to take the stress out of your event.
